Before starting my own practice, I was the Assistant United States Trustee for the District of Alaska. I have served as a bankruptcy expert witness in criminal trials and write numerous articles on bankruptcy law for my local paper. I received my law degree from Seattle University, formally known as the University of Puget Sound and am licensed to practice in both Alaska and Hawaii. I offer my clients a high-level of personal service and communication. I am a solo practitioner which means you will deal directly with me. I work closely with my clients to assess their situation and develop a cost-effective and efficient manner in which to handle their case. As a result of my extensive experience, I am able to offer my clients several options and provide advice on which alternative will offer the best outcome for their situation.
